A dedicated MaximRMS Project Manager works with each property to ensure
complete understanding of the hotel's specific rate structure and operational
practices. The Project Manager then establishes precise setup parameters
and initialization settings to ensure success.
The installation begins with automated loading of historical and current data
from each hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and/or Central Reservation
System (CRS) into e.FLEX. Immediately after installation,
e.FLEX begins to capture ongoing detailed data from the PMS throughout each
day.
The system is easily accessible via internet to ensure that all appropriate
hotel management personnel have access to
e.FLEX. A wide array of security options allow each user specific access to
