The company-wide deployment of the newest release across the more than 50,000-room Hyatt portfolio in under two weeks sets a new standard in the industry.
The project required careful coordination and integration of a multitude of critical information technology (IT) systems, including Central Reservations, Property Management, Sales and Catering, Competitive Data, and Internet Distribution. Each separate system must communicate seamlessly with the revenue management system that controls the pricing and availability of their rooms for sale.
