Maxim Revenue Management Solutions appoints Don Wilson as General Manager, EMEA

CHICAGO, 27-January- 2003 Maxim Revenue Management Solutions (MaximRMS) is pleased to announce that Don Wilson has been named General Manager for its newly established Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) division, headquartered in Paris, France. In addition to leading the EMEA division for MaximRMS, Mr. Wilson will be an integral part of the company's Senior Management team and play an active role directing Research & Development. Mr. Wilson is a senior executive, manager, and consultant with over 21 years experience. His particular expertise in business analysis, pricing, revenue management, change management, and the hospitality industry will help propel MaximRMS to the leadership position in hotel revenue management.

Prior to joining MaximRMS, Mr. Wilson was founder of i1905 Profit Optimization Consulting and Systems, CEO of MCGI energy and pricing consulting, and cofounder of Veritec Solutions and Talus Revenue Management Solutions. Mr. Wilson began his career with Decision Focus, with nearly 10 years as Senior Partner and Managing Director. Mr. Wilson holds an MS in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Sciences from the University of Rochester. Mr. Wilson is the author of numerous publications, editor of the Profit Optimization Newsletter, and has been invited to speak throughout the world.
