How does e.FLEX work?

E.FLEX uses detailed data directly from your property's information sources (PMS/CRS) to produce a highly accurate automated forecast (transient and group).  E.FLEX uses this forecast to establish selling strategy recommendations (availability and overbooking controls) for all distribution channels and sends the controls to the distribution channels.  In addition, e.FLEX's group module offers valuable tools to manage and monitor group activity and evaluate the profitability of group and contract business.

How much historical data do I need to implement e.FLEX?  

Thirteen months of historical data (archived) is optimal prior to implementation.  However, a statistically useful forecast can be generated with only 13 weeks of data.

Is e.FLEX customizable for a cluster or region of properties?  

Yes, e.FLEX has the flexibility to be deployed in multiple environments:  chain-wide, multi-property clusters or at the hotel level, as well as a mixture of any of these deployments.

Can I run a reforecast on demand?

Yes.  Users can run a reforecast for any number of forecast dates at the touch of a button.

What happens if staff turnover occurs or if users are out of the office?

With our "auto pilot" option, e.FLEX can automatically update availability without user intervention.  This flexible feature gives you a wide array of auto-piloting choices; updating availability only when certain revenue thresholds are met; on certain days of the week; or all the time.

Can e.FLEX yield multiple hotels as one?

Yes, multiple properties that share common demand may be treated as a "campus" and yielded as one property.
